interactive multimedia touchscreen kiosks
We have had several years experience designing, programming, installing
and operating touchscreen kiosks. Following is a sample of our work.
NZ Trade Centre Kiosk
In March 2003 we were requested by The New Zealand Trade Centre in Albert Street Auckland to supply a kiosk with information about the centre for visitors. The New Zealand Trade Centre ins New Zealand's only permanent trade show for exporters. Booths are used to display a range of products. We installed Preview kiosk with a 15" NEC Elo Accutouch screen. Our programme was created using Macromedia Director.
"Preview Machine" Preview Systems
The Preview Machine was a New Zealand made music store kiosk system with the original software licensed from the USA.
The Preview Machine was the first commercial application in the world of MPEG 1 audio and video, the international standard that has nowadays become the cornerstone of digital video and the Internet. We designed what was described as one of the most attractive kiosk shells in the world and produced the programming, including a large number of New Zealand and Australian music titles.
"The Preview Machine is just such a great CD promotion system in store." - Colin Morris, Colin Morris Records.

"Clear TUANZ Expo Kiosk" Peak Display
We were contacted by Peak Display systems to develop an interactive information kiosk for Clear Communications.
This programme was the first commercial use in New Zealand of full screen full motion MPEG 1 audio/video. It is a great interactive programme with the video running reverse screen onto a mirror before the viewer saw it. It was also used on our stand and would have helped us win the Best New Exhibitor award that year.
